For those open to healing prayer, I may suggest the use of “The EXAMEN PRAYER”: Gratitude, Petition, Review, Forgiveness and Renewal. After 50 years of integrating emotional and spiritual growth in dialogic counseling, I continue to marvel at the results of striving for an attitude of trust in the Holy Spirit’s healing work in my patients and myself.
