My name is Lisa Preston, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I graduated from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2004. After graduate school, I began counseling families, couples and teenagers. I am an informed, Internal Family Systems(IFS) therapist. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, divorce, personality disorders and dissociative identity disorders. I believe it’s necessary to incorporate Biblical doctrine and Scripture into therapy. I am a covenant member of a local, reformed church where I serve routinely in children’s ministry. I am also a mother to 4 children, ages 8-12.
