Deborah Foster-Shealy

If you are struggling with anxiety, I would like the opportunity to help you. If you are experiencing a life transition, having relationship issues, or needing assistance in surviving divorce or infidelity, I would love to work with you. And if life has become stressful for you or you are having a difficult time coping, then you are just the person with whom I would like to help. I also work with those who have a traumatic background, those who experienced childhood abuse and are currently struggling in adulthood with ‘self-issues’ such as self-esteem, self-image, and self-loathing. I understand how such issues can negatively impact a person’s potential in many aspects of his/her life and how said issues may affect a person’s emotional well-being. Consequently, I love empowering people and helping them live the lives they envision for themselves.
