I am an accomplished and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I am passionate about motivating, empowering, and helping people manage situations and overcome obstacles. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Client and Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and other modalities. I have had success working with various populations, including clients diagnosed with anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive, and other personality disorders. I specialize in counseling from a Christian perspective and help victims of Narcissistic Abuse and gaslighting.
