I am often asked if I am a Christian or a therapist. The answer is, I am both. I am a Christian and also a licensed in the state of Florida.

Change and adjustments….these are words often heard when looking to a counselor. We live in a fast pact, changing world where we face changes and adjustments that often produce confusion, anxiety, and sadness. These situations create a need to seek assistance in understanding and relief. Whether it is an adjustment to school and career decisions and navigating an education plan, dealing with a loss, establishing a family or stepfamily, or handling a past trauma that is difficult to deal with, the focus is working with you to achieve your goals.

With over 30 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and life changes. We work together for resolution of issues that are making you feel “stuck.”
