Nothing changes if nothing changes! Change can be positive or damaging. Change is everywhere – employment, relationships, life development, moving, and loss is an important part of your life. Change is challenging, you do not have to face it on your own. My desire is to empower you to overcome life’s challenges to enjoy the freedom found in God’s promises. I do that by building on your strengths and promoting self-awareness. I have experience working with individuals challenged with stress, incarceration, trauma, mental health disorders and addiction. I am passionate about working with individuals, families, and group therapy to encourage personal growth and freedom.
